His time in private practice with Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP equipped him with the legal tools and experience necessary to protect his lending clients. However, his roles as a bank executive at Clayton Bank and Trust and manager at IBM have equipped him with an invaluable perspective on not only how to run a business, but also how to succeed in the ever competitive commercial lending. Together, these professional experiences allow Jake to assist his lending clients achieve the optimal balance between protecting their legal interests and growing quality relationships with their borrowers.
Jake has a passion for modernizing the practice of law to bring it in line with service and technological advances that clients have come to expect in other areas of service.
